Footer Color Discrepancy

  Hello

  For my website I set the color of footer to white. In Firefox it correctly shows white but in Google Chrome it’s black.

  Then when I would change the color to something arbitrary like yellow, Firefox is still white and chrome is still black. I did hit “save changes” when I changed the color.

  I have no idea where it won’t change colors. And I don’t know why different web browsers show different colors.

  I’m using 3 clicks theme by bring the pixel
