Footer disappeared!

  Hello everyone,
  I really hope that you can help me.

  I was in the process to try and personalise website footer but as I clicked on Appearance/Widgets or Appearance/Customize, there is no sign of it!

  In the widgets area, I can only see the available widgets on the left hand side and two sidebars on the right-hand side.

  Is there something wrong? Can someone with experience help me troubleshoot it step by step?

  What is the URL of your website or what is the name of your account on the WordPress.com platform?

  You can’t change the footer on the Free Plan,https://wordpress.com/support/footer-credits/.
  Not all themes have a Footer widget area.

  What are you planning to include in the footer, if I may ask?

  It appears that the theme in use is called Spoon and it is not among the ones available through WordPress.com

  It seems that “RED SUN” is providing support for it through ThemeForest.
