Footer floats to middle of page sometimes

  here is a screenshot of what i am talking about when i say it “floats”

  Has anyone ever experienced this before? i tried restoring from a backup and it still does it. here is a list of my plugins.

  I wonder if this is being caused by “WP Super Cache”

  ok i knew that but was wondering if i could get help anyway, i know kinda a cheap ass thing to do but work blocks wordpress.org/support but not wordpress.com
