Footer has jumped to the right

    Hello,
I’m using Sapphire with a little CSS custom. on irishcentre.org.

I think that the CSS changes that I’ve made have caused the footer to jump to the right.

Can anyone please tell me how to rectify this?

    Thanks,

    Gary

Looks like the last post that you have on the page has got some alignment issues in it.

Thanks for getting back to me Vivian.

I’ve deleted that post and it’s still off centre.

    Any other suggestions?

When I look at your page (using the developer’s toolbar for Firefox), I see three things at the bottom that have nothing showing for them:

    .navigation
    .alignleft
    .alignright

It is this last element that is causing the footer to move to the right. I thought it might be in the post, but it isn’t. I don’t see where you have hidden the navigation. It could be that you just don’t have enough posts to make the navigation show up. Try reducing the number of posts on the page and see if the problem goes away.

Also – your blog is here http://irishcentre.org/ Having it clickable when you post makes it easier on us volunteers in the forum. And please consider linking your user name to your blog as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forum. Again, it just makes it so much easier to help you.
