  Hi, I have added a link to my contact page in my footer but the icon show the WordPress icon. How can I add a different icon, like a mail icon or something?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately I can’t see your site, as it is set as private.

  Which theme are you using?

  Also, how did you add the Contact page to the footer, through Customize > Menu > Social Links?

  Depending the theme you use you’ll have different options for the footer, so if you give us a bit more information we can help you find a solution :)

  Hi there,

  I see you used the social links menu to add it to the footer. The social links menu is designed to add links to your social media accounts, so if you add a WordPress.com link it assumes you’re linking to another WordPress.com site, not a page on your own site. That is why it shows the WordPress icon. There is no way to change that.

  As you already have the contact page link in the main menu as well, perhaps you can just leave it out of the social menu.
