Hi there!
I’m not sure what type of edits you’re trying to make, however, it doesn’t look like you purchased the Custom Design upgrade for this site (provenothing.wordpress.com).
I do see the Custom Design upgrade on your site tasteofnosara.wordpress.com. If you would like to transfer this upgrade, you can do so from the dashboard of tasteofnosara through Store > My Upgrades. Under the Custom Design upgrade, you can select Transfer to another site.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades
Please note that upgrades are only applied to one blog at a time. Transferring your Premium plan will not make it available on both blogs.
Let me know if I can help further!

Thanks so much but the footer adjustment I’m trying to make is on SaborDeNosara.com
I just want to change the type and link in it.
Thanks for getting back to me!

Are you talking about this footer text:
Blog at WordPress.com. Customized Untitled Theme.
All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide or alter text or links for the footer credits or the toolbar. Modifying the style of the footer text (i.e. colors and font size) is fine as long as it’s still readable. This is mentioned in our Terms of Service:
Attribution. Automattic reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com,’ theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar. Footer credits and the WordPress.com toolbar may not be altered or removed regardless of upgrades purchased.
Let me know if I can help with anything else!
