Footer not appearing in tablet view

    Hello! I have added a footer to my desktop & mobile view but I am unable to view the footer in tablet mode. It gives me the option to customize a footer on tablet mode but nothing happens when I try editing anything. I’m using the astra theme. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @jluna077 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • livingherbliss.wordpress.com

    That site does not use the Astra theme however. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Yes, the astra theme was accidentally deleted but it is now restored. Are you able to take a look at this and let me know what the issue is with my footer on the tablet view?

    @jluna077 could you confirm which site you’re working with? The one we see here has never had Astra.

    If the site is hosted with another provider, you might look into restoring a backup through the host, or through the backup system you’re using, for example, we use Jetpack VaultPress Backups here.

    HI! Yes, my site is livingherbliss.com. My site was restored so you should be able to see the astra theme. I have attached pictures as well. You can see in the first 2 pictures how the picture formatting is messed up and the footer is nowhere to be found vs the 3rd picture which is the desktop view and you can see the footer there. Happy to take this offline in an email if that is better. Thank you.

    Ah, got it. Your site is not hosted here with us. We are a managed hosting service, and you are using free WordPress software (that’s not us) with another provider.

    I’m glad your host was able to help you get it restored, though!

    For help with the Astra theme, can you reach out to their support directly? They are available here. Then, for help with WordPress itself, you can create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to its community support.
