Footer not loading properly

    I have wordpress free and am currently working on a site. When I am in editor mode and select my footer group it shows what I have created. I save it, publish it. Yet, when I go to view my website it does not fully load my footer all it shows is my company logo, search, bar, and paragraph text, however, I have an addition navigation bar below my text paragraph that never seems to load. I even duplicated the navigation bar and added it to the group of my site logo, putting it to the right of the logo. Both navigation bars fail to show on the site. Any help, am I missing something?

    I would like to add that on any new page I create, if I add the navigation bar anywhere on that page, it also does not appear. Is something wrong with my nav bar, I don’t have any menus added is this why? It shows up in my header but nowhere else on my website
