Footer php

    Have a problem with the Footer php on another blog.
    I want to edit the links such as to “Privacy Policy” in the footer but cannot understand the code in the Footer php. All the other phps look fine and if the footer looked the same no problem.
    Below is part of the Footer php:

    Sorry, you’ve posted in the wrong forum and you need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.

    These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.
