Footer updates in Masu theme not visible in posts

    Hello,
    I’m having a problem with changes to my footer area in the Masu theme. I just made an update to my footer in the Masu editor, but the change is not visible in my post preview or in any of my pages. Also, I have a consistent problem with the social media icons also in the footer not being visible in pages and posts. I am saving the changes in the editor, but for some reason they do not appear as they should. Your advice would be very appreciated.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for getting in touch! I took a look at your homepage and I see your custom footer there, but not on single pages and posts. In the Site Editor, it looks like those page templates are using the original theme footer, not the [cloud] footer that you designed.

    To fix this, you’ll need to edit those templates to update the footer to use the [cloud] footer like your homepage.

    Go to Editor -> Templates -> choose the template you want to edit (like Single Posts or Pages). Then, in the editor, click the outline view as shown below.

    Click the + sign and search for “footer”. Choose your [cloud] footer to add it in the list. Then, you can use the three dot menu on the existing footer to delete it. Save your changes and that will update that template to use the correct footer. Repeat for any additional templates that need updating.
