Footer widget for Visual theme blog

  I want to create a footer widget for my Visual theme blog. I like the look of the blog and do not want to change it. How do I add a footer widget to acknowledge my supporters.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Your site at http://nycarttours.wordpress.com/ has the AutoFocus theme applied, not Visual. AutoFocus does not have a footer widget area, so there’s no way to add a widget to the footer.

  If you have another blog that’s using the Visual theme, that theme does not support footer widgets either. You can only add widgets to the sidebar on a blog with that theme.
