Footer will not center properly

    I’ve been working on my website and I’m having trouble with the footer. On mobile it looks fine, but on the desktop site it is not stretching across the entire page and it’s not centered. I’ve been looking for solutions online and everyone gives code for the “Additional CSS” box on the customize page to fix it. However, I can’t use that because it requires the premium subscription to WordPress. I assume there has to be another way to fix it because I’ve made another site with the same theme and did not have this issue.

    To check are you referring to: https://gretchenammentorp.wordpress.com/

    If yes, the main difference is that there’s an extra two widget items which keep everything in the middle.

    You could perhaps replicate the layout seen here: https://gretchenammentorp.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php ?
