Footer with widget support

I’ve been looking around to find ways to get a footer onto my blog that can have my widgets in there and I’ve only been able to find ways to do it which use HTML edits as well. So, I was just wondering if there was a way to get a footer to have widgets by just using CSS. I’m assuming there isn’t a way to do so, but I’m just checking to make sure.

If there’s any way to get the same sort of effect using CSS, I’d like to hear them.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I wonder what in this post gave the person who “modlooked” it the impression that the OP is a spammer? :

    Jake,

You can’t have widgets in your footer… that would require modifying the PHP code of the template. Moving the sidebar widgets to the bottom of the page so they appear as part of the footer would require a lot of CSS tweaking…

Since you have the CSS upgrade, you might want to check this Sandbox skin out:

Maybe that could work for you?

There had been a spammer come through and add a bunch of posts in existing threads. Perhaps the mod’s forgot to remove the tags when they deleted the spam.

Naw rockerlamo is a new one, this was a different one. I modlooked about 4 threads they had spammed (I was the one that modlooked this thread) and I’m pretty sure this was one of them they spammed
