Footnotes

  Hi,

  I’m having a frustrating problem.

  In a post, I create a footnote and it’s all right but after that, if I try to make any change or correction in the text of the footnote, this will never be saved. I’ve tried everything. I’ve delete the footnote and made again but it will be the same first text.

  When I click to save it, the changes seems to be there but at any other click or preview, the changes will never be saved.

  I have two different web pages and I’m having the same problem in both of them.

  Finally I found what is causing this problem.

  If someones else have it, look at the custom fields at the bottom (when editing). Some themes creates custom fields with the footnotes. After that custom field is created, if you make any change to the fotnotes it will always return to the one that is saved as a custom field. You can edit it there or even easier, delete that custom field before editing the footnote (deleting the custom field doesn’t delete the footnote).
