Footnotes?

  I’m using a blog for academic purposes and am wondering what the easiest way to get footnotes or if their is a way round being able to cite references within a blog post. I’m citing from published books so I can’t just insert a .html or link.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
