for a shared blog, how do we get the correct author's gravatar to appear?

  I’m part of shared blog (i.e. two of us write posts). Unfortunately, my gravatar appears on every post, even when the blog is written by the other author. So my gravatar shows up on her posts–very confusing. How do we suppress my gravatar so it doesn’t show? Or how can we get her gravatar to show too? Is the problem because I’v done all the posting? If she posted, would her gravatar appear instead? I’m the amdinistrator and she’s an editor. Should I add myself as author too and post that way? Help! also at the bottom of the post, I’m always listed as author. how do we get her name to appear when it’s her post?
