you have canceled my plan without any refund??? and I can’t even use my upgraded plan for the rest of the year??? if it is this way – you are a lousy service and I can’t recommend you in any way. Shopify handles it much better. this was the first and last time I’ve used your service!!!!

We are able to issue a full refund if you cancel within the period stated here, but if you cancel after that period then we are not able to process a refund.
However, if you wish we can reinstate the upgrades you cancelled. You did purchase them for the year so you are welcome to continue using them until they expire in 2024. Please let us know and we are happy to reinstate your eCommerce plan as requested, thanks!
