For cancellation of subscription regd

    Hello Sir,
    I am running website. I.e trustegic.in.
    It’s subscription is about to finish in Jan 2020. But it has automatically renew before 1 month. I don’t want to renew the same due to some personal reasons. Please refund me the amount which you have deducted from my credit card.
    Further in manage purchases option, there is no tab of cancellation or refund amount. Please do needful at your end.

    Hi there!

    Our subscriptions always renew one month prior to the expiration date to give you enough time to solve any issues that might have arisen.

    I see that you have already canceled your plan and domain and so I issued a full refund. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
