For DNS – I need NS1 and NS2 ? Or just one of them?

  DNS mail tell Me to add NS1. WORDPRESS .COM and NS2.WIRDPRESS.COM . My question is …I have to change first time with NS1 and then NS2 ? Or I put them togheter whit space betwen an then I REFRESH the domain???
