That domain is registered through Fasthosts. You can try contacting them at https://www.fasthosts.co.uk/contact to ask if the current owner of that domain might be willing to sell the it to you.
This issue has nothing to do with the open source WordPress software, and is not something the WordPress.org community would be able to help with. The OP is trying to get hold of a specific domain, not asking for help with a WordPress website.
