    At this time we do not offer phone support, but I am happy to help you here. To clarify, you have a domain you own with another company and you want to transfer that domain to WordPress.com so you can use it with a site here?

    All our plans include one free domain transfer (with a bonus free renewal for one year) so any plan you choose will have this option. Once you have upgraded let us know and we’re happy to walk you through the process of transferring your domain.
