This first link leads to an article that tells you all the places to look first before posting to the support forum. It will help you become independent quickly like my new penguin buddy darkblader7 did.
Here at wordpress.com we don’t have chat forums. Our forums are only for questions about how to use wordpress technology. :)

Season’s greetings to you. That other Willy may have been a whale but ours is definitely a penguin just like darkblader7. Also know that the links I gave above point to articles that do contain the links to the pink sticky FAQs, and the FAQs blog and reminders about using the forum search box. ;) -

Oh no, I was so busy preparing for the feasting that I forgot tell you about the “no shouting” on the forum rule. There is something you should know about our forums here at wordpress. We don’t use all capital letters because that’s SHOUTING and shouting is rude … really … :)
