English is my second language so I really don’t understand what you mean. What is “ticket” and where did you provide all the information needed to fully access my account?
I’m greatful for your help but I didn’t see any instruction.

“Ticket” meaning “Email”. Fstat has replied to the email directly. Please follow up with us there.

Truc, I’ve confirmed Fotis sent a response to your request.
You used the subject “Dear Mr or Mrs.” so if it helps you can search your email for that.
I copied our earlier response and sent it again for you as well.
Were you able to get it this time? If not, can you check with your mail provider to see if they are hiding the mail in junk / spam or otherwise filtering it out?
