For podcasting: A quick way to copy body to excerpt?

    I just started the process of moving my podcast from Tumblr to WordPress and noticed that in order for the Descriptions to show up on each podcast episode that it will need either an excerpt or the podcast summary itself. Preferably, I’d like WordPress to use the text on the body, but it’s not doing that.

    That being said, is there an easy way to copy the body to the excerpt? I have 160+ episodes of my podcast and that’s a lot of cutting and pasting.

    Also, didn’t see this anyway: if I get Premium, will I be able to display all of my podcast episodes and not just the last 150 on my RSS feeds?
