  Hi there, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with this issue. In the meantime though, you may wish to refer to this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Hi @mohitvichar, noting you just recently cancelled, and sometimes international refunds take some extra time. Please give it a few billing cycles to show up, as @torres126 recommended, then if your bank still doesn’t see the refund, get in touch with us.
