  This is a public forum. Please don’t post sensitive information like transaction IDs here.

  We processed your refund yesterday, as indicated by the refund receipt which includes a transaction ID from our payment processor. But the refund will not appear in your account immediately, because it takes time for your bank to process the refund on their end. This can take up to ten business days.

  We have no control over that part of the process, so please contact your bank directly if you still don’t see the refund reflected in your account after two weeks.
