For who needs few changes in CSS (some few tags)

    Consider, please, the following:
    I have to blogs (morvanzinho.com and morvlab.wordpress.com, both free). I need make [few] customizations in CSS, to adjust, for instances, and <Quote> Tags, cause I write enough about Electronics and Informatics, not justifying, this way, to pay mor for a resource spencer like a Premium Blog. I ask: is there a way to achieve these [few] adaptions to my CSS without having to pay so much? Is there a plan, even, pricey, but I pay just once?
