    I have had this website up for years , I have paid for plans on this site more than once, only to not have been able to get the help i need in order to get this website up and running for my other social media accounts. I need to be able to put my link in my social media accounts, able to take payments, as well as being able to monitor the traffic and answer questions left on my website, but I need the ability to do that as well. I have paid for plans more than once and don’t want to keep paying for plans if my site still isn’t up!! Can somebody help because all I get is,”We can’t help you unless you are a paid plan!” And paying for it and the domain which I find out later I don’t own even though I pay for it so I guess that something you have to constantly pay? Just somebody help

    What is the full URL of the site you need help with? Is it hosted here? The site linked to your account is set to private.

    Note that if you are talking about custom domains then yes, wherever you purchase them from, you need to pay for them annually and for as long as you continue to do so then YOU DO own that domain name.
