Forbiden 403 Error

    Hello,

    We have a site who uses wordpress to manage there website, but there’s now 2 logins on multipe ip ranges that are getting the frobideen 403 error and we are no longer able to manage this site. We do pay for the hosting but our login details don’t get us anywhere. Could someone please arrange some sort of access / an email to contact as I am stuck right now.
