Forced settings – hacking?

  At unpredictable intervals, when I try to go (after logging in) to view ‘All posts’, I’m instead directed to the main page showing details of my account. When this happens, the http address includes the word ‘forced’. After that happens, I fnd through my external Stats account that pages have been visited and read by people not invited to my private blog. This is the address that appears:
  https://wordpress.com/?ssl=forced#!/settings/account/

  Am I being hacked? If so, what should I do?
