Forced spacing between lines, no indication in code
-
I’m so new with this site that I don’t even know if it’s wordpress.com or wordpress.org. But I think it’s simple so the answer may be the same for both. I have searched the forums.
When I publish my post it has forced double-spaces between some lines. I can find nothing in the code that indicates this.

We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

The site at http://www.grsj.arts.ubc.ca/ is not hosted with WordPress.com, so we do not have access to your site or theme files.
My guess is that the extra space is due to your theme’s CSS, and could be modified relatively easily. However, because the site is not hosted with us, we will not be able to provide support on how to make those changes.
You can try posting on the WordPress.org forums, http://wordpress.org/support/ but you may need to consult with the person who built the site or with a private WordPress developer for more assistance.
