Foreign Language Spam

  Akismet is letting scores of foreign language spam comments through to my blog. I’ve been manually tagging them as spam, but am wondering if others are having the same problem and how long before Akismet “learns” that these aren’t real comments?

  Are you meaning that Akismet is letting the comments display on your blog? Or do mean that they appear in the Dashboard?

  They are getting through. I moderate my comments, but they are not being marked as spam by WordPress. I have to do it manually. I just got some more of them within the last few minutes. I can’t even read them because of the characters they are written in.
