Forever Featured Images
-
I like the layout of having the four featured posts going across in a grid. Is this only possible on a Homepage or could I designate any page to have this lovely feature? Actually I would prefer to have a static page and have posts on a different page. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Consult your detailed theme description page please http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/Forever/
Scroll down to “A Dramatic Personalized Home Page” -
The 4-recent-posts showcase shows up below the header on the main posts page. If you’ve set your front to display a static page, the showcase won’t show on your “Home” page, it will show on your “Blog” page (set their format to standard).

You need sticky posts with featured images for the slider to display.

This is the guide for setting a featured image on any theme http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/#setting-a-featured-imageIf you don’t see the Featured Image module on your Add New or Edit Post page, please make sure you’ve selected Featured Image in your Screen Options. http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options
Also note to show only your four latest posts (with a Featured Image above each one, of course) in a neat grid on your home page visit Appearance → Theme Options and click the checkbox there.
