Forever theme featured slider – can this be used for pages

  I am using the forever theme because I like the layout and default font, not because I am getting married. My blog is about fashion, beauty and lifestyle. However, I’d really like to get the sliding pictures at the top of the page.

  I don’t want to ‘sticky’ any posts.

  Can I use the featured post slider for pages instead? Then I can just use my About and Contact pages to sort of host the images which go along the top. It looks kind of crap with just a big white box.

  The slider shows up at the top of the main posts page, and works as a showcase for selected posts. But it’s optional: if you don’t want to showcase any posts, then no slider will show up. The white space you’re seeing now isn’t the space for the slider, it’s the space for your blog’s tagline (which you can add in Settings > General).
