Forever theme- navigation font size

  Hi. Before I upgrade I would like to know : if I will be able to increase the type/size of the navigation font? if I will be able to resize the portfolio pictures so that they are bigger?if I can make the height of the header bigger? (I dont want to have a large white space above my header).
