Forever Theme (Slider)

  Uber newbie question here…

  I am playing around with new themes that feature a slider to try and improve the look of my blog site (FFDPUK.wordpress.com – which currently has the Motif Theme) I’ve been trying different themes on a separate new blog just so I don’t completely mess up my current site and quite like the Forever Theme.

  Does anyone know if it is possible to feature the slider on the Home page, but also have a News page which brings up all of the posts as well? If that makes sense.

  Currently I have it set so that the homepage is static and the posts go to a news page, but then the Slider is on the news page.

  Basically I just want the slider on the home page with the big news posts featured rather than have every single post I make end up on the home page.

  Is this possible with this theme? If so, how would I go about doing it? Or would I need to find another theme?
