  On Saturday 10 August 2019 I bought a domain http://www.shehari-mmc.com from GoDaddy.com. Unfortunately I forget my password and mail id. I can’t enter the admin panel of my website. So what is the procedure for getting my account details back. I need it badly. please inform me. I already have my details of buying the domain and wordpress website panel

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
