But someone brought this Firefox addon to my attention and I feel it would also help others in their quest to learn about CSS.
Peace!

I suppose it would also help to include the link! ;-)

It most definitely is and I’ve been using it for a couple years. It is incredibly useful for figuring out CSS stuff, and also for finding problems with post or page HTML.
I second the recommendation.

It is good, but personally I don’t use Firebug for CSS stuff. I use Aardvark and the Web Developer plugins. The reason why I don’t use Firebug is because it’s not really accurate (at least in my experience) when styling on the fly. What I’m trying to say is that if you edit a selector, Firebug will show you the changes on your browser, but when you implement the style, the browser won’t apply it. The Web Developer tool, however, shows you your changes as the browser will apply them.
HTH
(BTW, I do use Firebug when debugging JavaScript)

I have web developer and probably ought to work with it. Right now though I’m not into figuring out how to use it.

I definitely use the web developer. I have FireBug, but I still don’t even know how to use it…though I haven’t taken much time to try to learn how to use it…um..I just think I’m going to uninstall it.
Web developer tool seems to be sufficient enough. -
