Forgor email/username for old blog
-
Hello. I started a blog a few years back, I have no idea which email I used when creating it and cannot login to edit, update or delete it. I have changed companies a handful of times over the past 5 years and there are too many emails to remember, additionally, I likely don’t have access to the email and cannot do reset password as I don’t have access to the email account. The blog site is https://mortgagemastery.wordpress.com/ – I am in the process of launching a new site/blog and this old one contradicts my new site as the message has changed. I really just want to get this blog deleted. Can you please help? Thanks – Brett

I am sorry but Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
If you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.
