Forgot Admin Credentials of the website

  Hi guys

  It may sound silly but I have lost the login credentials to the website https://nbiappointment-ph.ph/ . Now I want to reset the password but I don’t know the proceure as well as I can’t remember the email id which I used to create the admin access. Can someone please help me & guide me thank you!

  My technical team who is working on the website, went for annual holidays so here I am stuck in between! I hope I can sort this issue with the help of folks here!
