Forgot Admin Password and doesn’t recognize my username

    My wp-admin login password was lost and I tried to reset the password through my hosting site but the wp-admin does not have an e-mail attached to the account. When I try to add an e-mail account through my admins rights page, it asks me to add an e-mail account associated with the account. When I try to add an e-mail account to the associated admin account, the website requires that I log in to my admin account for which I do not have the password for.
    Is there any solution to fixing this problem?
