Forgot both login and password. HELP!

  I have a site that I lost both login and password for — they were lost in a disk failure. I have to get on this site and update it. Can you help?

  According to staff they will only give access to the account if you have one of the following: 1) a transaction ID, 2) an activation URL or key, 3) two factor authentication codes, or 4) access to the email address associated with the account.
