Hello, I have forgotten both my login email and password for my site I created around 2011. I can’t see where to reset the password on the site. The site is: BrianMulipah.wordpress.com

I just tried using the form, but can’t submit because I don’t have proof of ownership. However, I think the email I used was (email visible only to moderators and staff). I logged in with it and I do not see any domains on the site. Is it possible for you to check if (email visible only to moderators and staff) has the site BrianMulipah.wordpress.com listed on it?

Just noting email addresses shouldn’t be visible to anyone but staff, so it’s okay to provide those. staff-arya if you were able to see the email address, please let us know.

@Supernovia, yes, I have tried to log in, but I see no sites listed there. It’s got a pop-up telling me to check the jackpack and when I click on it, it still pops up

If that still does not work, while logged in, would you also get a screenshot of this page?

Thank you! I just managed to sign in and I see my two sites there! Yay! Now I just need to transfer both sites to a new account I’m admin

That is a known issue, yes. As long as the email is hidden on the forums post itself, things are working as they’re supposed to.
