Forgot email on old account, created a new account by accident

  Hi,
  I created spoonfulofsandiego.wordpress.com but when I went to log in it didnt let me so i assumed i did not create it but when i created a new one it told me i had already used that web address. Is it possible for you to delete the old account/provide me the email and password i used?
