I completely forgot I was subscribed becasue I haven’t used this service in 11 months. It was an honest mistake and I do not use this service any longer.

I’m terribly sorry that I didnt notice this sooner. Since I dont build websites and haven’t worked on this project in nearly a full year, I honestly just forgot there was a subscription to manage. I would have never allowed this to renew if I hadn’t forgotten.
I barely had the money in my account to cover this mistake. I do not use this service and I won’t be in the future.
Can you please refund my money or prorate me for the time I did use?

Also, since I’ve accidentally paid for the creator plan, does that give me access to live support? I don’t see an option to contact live support and I’d really like to talk to a member of the team rather than random community members that do not have any control over the situation.

Im so confused. Im trying to reach live support and I do not see an option even though I just accidentally renewed my subscription on the creator plan and my account was charged $300.
But on another page on my account, my site says its on the free plan.

Since this transaction was processed through PayPal, you’ll need to check your PayPal account to confirm the refund. It’s possible that the refund was requested before PayPal send over the funds, so it may show as a reversal on their end.
