  I have forgot my Admin login details for https://www.iote.in/wp-login

  also tried to reset the password seems i also forgot my exess to email.

  I can provide any information to proof i am the owner of this website. I do have the domain name excess and ownership right of the colloge

  Let me know how can i now retriev the password

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com nor is it connected to a wordpress.com account for login. You must head over to the wordpress.org forums and documentation to find a solution.
