Forgot login information & need to unmap a domain

  I have two sites; one on WordPress.org and one on WordPress.com. The one I’m experiencing problems with is the WordPress.com one.

  The URL is: http://emilyjanearnold.com

  I have forgotten my login information; username, email and password, for that site and need to access it. I am also being billed $13 yearly for domain mapping that I want to cancel.

  How can I retrieve my login information so that I can cancel the domain mapping?
