  Why did you write that? Using the account recovery form is not dependent on whether or not someone has 2FA enabled on their account.

  I am not sure why I wrote that! My Apologies.

  But the content in Account Recovery support document is little misleading.

  “If you’ve misplaced your log-in information, the email address or username you’ve entered isn’t recognized, and you haven’t enabled Two Step Authentication, you can access your account using the Account Recovery Form which is accessible by clicking the “Need More Help?” button on the Password Reset page.”
