I am unable to access the dashboard. I am a beginner in designing websites and I purchased the eCommerce plan on 02/06/2021. I forgot which email I used, but I remember the password and I am unable to find the payment receipt. Can you please help me with that?

Can you tell us the domain/URL of the site you’re trying to access?
If the site is on the eCommerce plan here on WordPress.com, you can follow our account recovery process at https://wordpress.com/en/support/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.
Even if you don’t have a payment receipt any more, you can still find a transaction ID for your payment directly on your credit card/bank statement, so you can use that to verify your ownership of the account.
