I am in a similar predicament
I tried to fill in the account recovery form to ask for help from the Happiness Engineers at WordPress Support but without the correct information for Proof of Ownership the form will not be accepted
The account I want to recover was registered in 2010 and I have no records going back that many years
I can’t find any record of the email address which I used when I registered the username dbugproductions
I hope someone can help ???
I think I will try asking around on the other threads in the Support Forum …

@gennasaviopurses what’s the address of the WPcom account/site you are trying to gain access to?FWIW-We do not have the ability to use phpAdmin here on WPcom sites, so if the site you need to access is using the WP open source software on 3rd party hosting, we won’t be able to help you with this here in our forums.

Thanks.If you wish to follow a thread here in our community forums, you’ll see a link in the forum thread sidebar where you can click to subscribe with your WPcom admin email address. No need to post your email address in the forums since our forum software purposely redacts it since these forums are public and quickly crawled and indexed by search engines.
